Nováková, Linda ; Hubená, Kristýna (advisor) ; Kramperová, Veronika (referee)
Title: Contact assistance in swimming lessons for children with autism spectrum disorder Objectives: The aim of the study was to map the issue of contact assistance in swimming lessons for children with autism spectrum disorder. The intention was to obtain information about the use of contact assistance from organisations or swimming schools that deal with the issue of contact assistance in swimming lessons through a questionnaire. On the basis of the data obtained, we then created a pictorial material on the form of contact assistance in swimming lessons for this population. Methods: The research was conducted using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. A questionnaire survey was used to obtain the necessary information about the use of contact assistance in swimming lessons for children with ASD in the Czech Republic. Participant observation was used in direct participation in swimming lessons. A pictorial material was created from this lesson. Using non- participant observation, analysis of the pictorial material was carried out. Results: From the results of the research it is evident that the use of contact assistance in swimming lessons for children with ASD is justified. The responses evaluated from the questionnaire survey show a prevalence of positive effects on swimmers....

Haptic model for visually impaired according the wall painting depicting the story of Samson and Delilah at Chateau Kratochvíle.
VEŠKRNOVÁ, Iva
This diploma thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is devoted to depicting biblical themes in the history of art from their beginnings up to the early modern period, especially in connection with the South Bohemian chateau Kratochvíle and its fresco decoration. Furthermore, the text deals with depicting the story of Samson and Delilah, which is also part of the paintings on the ceiling of the Small Gold Hall at the chateau. In connection with the practical part of the work, the final chapter of the theoretical article focuses on the issue of visual impaired people, including the creation of haptic models as compensatory aids for these individuals. The creation of a haptic model as an aid for blind visitors to Kratochvíle chateau became the goal of the practical part of the thesis. The aforementioned fresco depicting Samson and Delilah served as a model for the depiction. The resulting relief was made of sharpened ceramic argil and painted with acrylic paint. The model is accompanied by a set of sketches that were used to make it. The haptic model is primarily intended for the visually impaired, but will also serve the general public, as it should be exhibited in the Kratochvíle chateau.
Fine arts and people with visual impairments
Eiseltová, Karla ; Jakubcová Hajdušková, Lucie (advisor) ; Pfeiffer, Jan (referee)
The bachelor's thesis entitled "Fine Arts and People with Visual Impairment" deals with the relation of people with visual impairment to fine art. In the theoretical part, I explain who the visually impaired person is and clarify the meaning of the visual art and give you a closer look to the subject of art education. The key part of my work is the knowledge I gained during my internship at the Jaroslav Ježek's School for the visually impaired and at the Primary School in Kostelec u Křížků. I took part in the art classes at both schools; we discussed art exhibitions, art classes, and accessibility of art for the visually impaired. The aim of my bachelor's thesis is a comparison of art education at the school for the visually impaired and the general education primary school. Furthermore I wanted to arrange correspondence between the students of both schools. The meeting will be set to take place during the next school year. KEY WORDS: visual disability, art, art lesson, haptics, exhibition, education
Nonverbal communication in the pedagogical communication
Musil, Roman ; Prokop, Jiří (referee)
This thesis aims to draw the attention of teachers throughout different grades to a number of nonverbal phenomena that occur (mostly subconsciously) during didactic communication, not only amid students and teachers but amongst classmates, as well. This treatise transfigures scientific research in the fields of nonverbal communication and business into a didactic environment. By describing the many nonverbal phenomena, the teacher can envision what is behind the nonverbal signals that the students emit and what signals he transmits back. As a result of the knowledge acquired on nonverbal communication in didactic communication, the teacher can intentionally improve his own relationship with students and amid classmates, as well as the bond between students and the given subject, which can contribute to greater joy in the process of learning for both students and teachers. The teacher may apply the knowledge from this paper when interacting with parents or colleagues, as well.

Haptic constellation models of the zodiac
VEŠKRNOVÁ, Iva
This bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with the problems of blind and visually impaired people and the theory of creating haptic models. It also deals with the development of zodiac across history and its depiction in selected monuments. The aim of the practical part is to create a total of twelve haptic models of the constellation of the zodiac. The models are primarily intended for people with visual impairments, but will also serve the general public. Joachim Herrmann's "Stars" publication serves as a model for the rendition, where the constellations are unified. The resulting models are made of sharpened ceramic clay and painted with acrylic paint. The models are accompanied by a set of drawings that are created in a specially designed vector graphics editor. The resulting set of models will be exhibited in the Jindřichův Hradec Observatory by prof. František Nušl.
